Whatever Satisfies the Soul Is True (novel): When neighborhood pariah and fifty-something pessimist Meredith, decides to have her brother declared dead ten years after he went on the run for allegedly murdering a little girl, her stagnant, safe universe is suddenly upheaved by cruel bloggers, a stalker, and her own brain, bursting from her unresolved guilt and anger over her brother, her neglectful childhood, and relationships lost from her own unruly decision making.

Grammy and the Bees (novella): Left with the task of raising her autistic granddaughter and 10-year-old grandson, Grammy’s cancer diagnosis and impending death force her to act rashly to ensure that her grandchildren won’t lose the house when she shuffles off her mortal coil.

The Morning When Grandma Was Gone (children’s book): When little Sophia wakes up to find her Mommy crying and her Grandma gone, she and Mommy set out to think of ways to keep Grandma with them even as they grieve her loss.

The Sewing Circle (Still being developed- novel): A woman kills her son before he shoots up a school, a wheelchair bound woman starts a group of knitters and crocheters that travel in packs on the subways to keep other women safe, and a riot at a sporting event all collide to create a movement that tackles patriarchy at its roots.


PILOTS

Kansas City (1/2 hour comedy): When a clip of Angela goes viral on the internet and reveals where she lives, she must choose to face her mother who leads the Midwest Mafia that wants her dead, or go back into the Witness Protection Program and leave the life she loves.

The Surrogate (1/2 hour comedy): When Vi agrees to be the pregnancy surrogate for her overbearing brother Efraim and his hot husband, her life as a carefree hairdresser in Chicago and her relationships with friends and lovers explode with 9 months left to put it all back together.

The Paparazzi (hour-long dramedy): Portia, a recovering alcoholic and current disaster, loses her job as a Paparazzi after another reckless stunt and is forced to go rogue, all while juggling her genius daughter and a mystery centering around a famous starlet that could topple a prominent and beloved politician.

The Gold (1/2 hour dramedy): An almost-famous “therapist to the stars” is forced to move to a small beach town in Orange County and, amidst a scandal that she accidentally manufactured with one of her celebrity clients, is drawn into a secret Cabaret that may force her to confront her past.

Good Bones (hour-long drama): Claire, a veteran legal assistant for a busy Chicago law firm, is suddenly thrust into chaos when a mass shooting at her office reveals that there are otherworldly creatures living among us.

Kill Hitler (Horror Movie): Alone and trapped most of the day and night with her newborn daughter, Cecelia alone is forced to solve the mystery of the ghosts that are terrorizing her and catch their killer to save her and her daughter from their wrath.

The Urn (Short Film): Outcasts and best friends, Denise and Crystal, are taking their respective abusive mothers’ ashes to be thrown into the ocean as a final send-off but their conflicting feelings test the boundaries of love and forgiveness.

A Good Catch (Short Film): Bringing your boyfriend home to meet your parents is always a big step, but it’s especially tricky when he happens to be an overly-sensitive rainbow trout.

The World At The End Of The Sky (Still being developed-Sci-Fi/Adventure movie): An entomologist goes on a mission to see if a planet populated by bugs is habitable enough for humans to leave a dying Earth and is forced to fight for her life when the astronauts who brought her there leave her on the planet for dead. 

Hatpin Panic (Still being developed-Suspense): When a woman is put on trial for killing her would-be rapist with a knitting needle she finds herself at the helm of a movement that has women defending themselves from gropers, rapists, and attackers with sharp, pointy objects.


THEATER

Mothers (full-length play): Meredith is agoraphobic and living in her dead, adopted mother’s apartment with her ex-felon roommate, Poppy, when she finds her birth mother by chance after posting a manifesto about the future of off world living on Facebook. After luring her bio mom, Liesel, to their apartment under the guise of offering her a cleaning job, Meredith reveals herself to be her long-lost daughter – but gets more than she bargained for.
